Action Items

 

From the debtor's account, click the button to bring up the Action Items Screen.

Action Codes are used to plan things to be done in the future. Events, promises, and file-reviews are scheduled using action codes. Each account may carry multiple open action items if desired.

After you have worked the account, you may reschedule the action item by advancing the existing action item.

If you have completed the work to be done on the account, you must complete the existing action item.

From the Action Items window you can add a action item to the

account.

Enter the action time to be added by picking the code from the list.  To add additional codes to the list, click the button.

Enter the date the action item is due or enter the number of days from to day that the account needs to be worked.  Also enter the time if necessary.  The time is used for the action alarm and docket reports.

Enter the users that is responsible for the action item, by picking from the list.

To add additional responsible codes, click the button.

Enter any court to attach to the action item, by picking the court from the list.  To add additional court codes, click the button.

Select to attach the action to this account or the specific claim, by clicking the list.

Enter any notes regarding the action.  These notes will be included in the debtors history.
