Action Codes may be set up with several user defined action codes. In order to request action item lists by different codes, or to have more specific codes for tickling, you should establish those codes here. The program will be delivered with some predefined action codes, and these will be displayed when you pull up the Action Code definition screen.
Click the
button to print a list of your current action items.
Select the
button to create a new
action code.
If you would
like to modify an existing action item, highlight the action item and
click the 
button. This
will open the Modify Action Code screen:

Here you can modify the Description field or click on the Advanced Options tab to make changes to your advanced settings.
Click the
button to delete an action code. A
code delete window will open:
