JS Technologies, Inc. dba CollectMax and/or Accis (the “Company” or “we” or “us”) respects the privacy of the users of its websites and the information provided therein (the “Site”). The Company thus provides this privacy statement to explain what information is gathered during a visit to the Site and how such information may be used.
INFORMATION WE MAY COLLECT
We may collect or have access to personal information from you when you use a Contact form, or otherwise interact with the Site. This information may include:

- Contact: email address, mailing address, and telephone numbers
Additionally, by using the Site, you agree to our capture and storage of information regarding how you use the Site and your communications on the Site. You consent to disclosure of this information as is required for the operation of the Site (as deemed by our best judgment)

- Location: we may collect data about users’ geographic location and IP addresses used when interacting with the Services. We use this information to protect against fraud. We may also use the Google Maps API to gather information about your location. We may use tracking technologies that include cookies, clear gifs, Flash objects, web beacons, embedded scripts, and similar technology (collectively, “Trackers”). We may use Trackers to improve your experience and our Site. We also use Trackers to target advertising. We may also collect the names of other third-party applications on your device. Use of Information
As a general matter, unless you choose to provide it to us or unless it included in the descriptions above, no personally identifiable information, such as your name, address, or e-mail address, is automatically collected from your visit to the Site. However, certain non-personal information is recorded by the standard operation of our internet servers. Information such as the type of browser being used, its operating system, and your IP address is gathered in order to make the Site function properly and to enhance your online experience.
The Site’s various mailing lists, contact or registration forms, promotional projects, and surveys may request that you give us contact information such as your name, mailing and/or e-mail address, demographic information such as your age and gender, and personal preference information. The Company may disclose user information in special cases when we have reason to believe that disclosing this information is necessary to identify, contact, or bring legal action against someone who may be causing injury to or interference (either intentionally or unintentionally) with the Company’s rights or property, other users of the Site, or anyone else that could be harmed by such activities.
Children Age 13 and Under
IF YOU ARE 13 YEARS OLD OR YOUNGER, THE COMPANY REQUESTS THAT YOU NOT SUBMIT ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION TO THE SITE OR TO THE COMPANY. If the Company discovers that a child age 13 or younger has contacted us via the Site or has provided us with personally identifiable information, we will delete that child’s identifiable information from our records.
CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS
California residents have certain rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”). Please note that the CCPA does not apply to nonpublic personal information collected by financial institutions, which is regulated by other laws. The CCPA does not therefore apply to much of the information we collect.
Subject to limitations and exceptions, the CCPA provides California residents the right to request details about the categories and specific elements of personal information we collect, to delete their personal information, to opt out of any “sales” that may be occurring, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Choices available to you for the collection and handling of your information are addressed throughout this policy.
In the last 12 months, we collected the following categories of personal information subject to the CCPA: identifiers (such as email address and IP address), approximate geolocation information as made clear by such IP addresses, and Internet or other electronic network activity information (such as browsing history and related usage data).

California residents may make a request for access to certain personal information subject to the CCPA, not otherwise exempted as nonpublic personal information collected by financial institutions, by sending an email to sales@collectmax.com. We may verify any such request by asking you to provide information that matches information we have on file about you. You can also designate an authorized agent to exercise these rights on your behalf, but we will require proof that the person is authorized to act on your behalf and may also still ask you to verify your identity with us directly.
Malware/Spyware/Viruses
Neither the Company nor the Site knowingly permit the use of malware, spyware, viruses, and/or other similar types of software.
Links to External Sites
The Company is not responsible for the content or practices of third-party websites that may be linked to the Site. The Company is also not responsible for any information that you might share with such linked websites. You should refer to each website’s respective privacy policy and practices prior to disclosing any information.
Choice/Opt-Out
We may communicate with you after you interact with the Site or otherwise contact us. You always have the option of removing your name from any e-mail list in order to discontinue any such future communications. In order to ensure immediate removal from any list, please follow the specific instructions set forth within the communications you receive from the Company which you no longer wish to receive. If you are unsuccessful in completing the instructions specified in any such communication, please e-mail us at sales@collectmax.com including a copy of the undesired email attached to the request, and state you wish to be removed from the mailing list.
Terminating Your Account, Deleting Information
If at any time you would like to review or change the information we have for you, or to request account termination and deletion of all such information, you can email us at sales@collectmax.com with such a request. We will deactivate your account and delete your information as requested, subject to retention of certain information to the extent necessary to prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, track any active or recent service requests, assist with any investigations, enforce our Terms of Service, or comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
