Set the default subject line and/or body text of history and image emails. The system level settings can be overridden at the client level. See Client Level Email Settings.
From the menu bar,
select System, Firm Information
to display the Firm Information Settings Screen.
Select the
tab to display the system level email default settings
screen.
Click the
to
set the defaults of history email or the 
button to set
the defaults of image email.
Enter any subject or body text.
Select a
variable to include in the email body from the Available List. Click the
button to move the variable to the selected list. Continue
until all needed variables have been selected.
Click the
button.
Note: Setting default body text for an email will disable the electronic signature feature.
