The Remittance Statement Report summarizes the financial transactions for each Client and/or each claim if commercial accounting showing monies to be paid to the law firm and to the client as the result of the collections efforts.
This report can be configure to either include or exclude certain sections. See Remittance Statement Configuration for instructions.
The below is an example of the Remittance Statement Report for a client with accounting option 1 with a gross remittance.
This statement will not be printed for summary remittances. If a summary remittance is finalize and there is a question about the numbers, without the remittance statement it may be difficult for Technical Support to help with an explanation of the numbers. It is recommend that the remittance statement is produced.
