menu to bring up the print list screen. Batch printing of documents such as form letters and legal forms is carried out using the Print Lists feature on the CollectMax Main Menu.
The documents on the print lists have either been selected from debtor processing screens, batch processes or network interface downloads.
Note: Any document automation such as status change or action item addition will occur at the time of the document is added to the print list.
