How to Preview Documents in a Print List

1.  From the main screen of CollectMax, click the button.  

2.  Select the print list to be previewed.  

3.  Click the button.  

The please wait screen will appear.  After building the documents, either Word of Word Perfect will appear with a preview of the documents.  

4.  Click the button to exit Word or Word Perfect.
