Enter
the Date of the history entry, by typing in the Date Field or clicking
the button and selecting the date.
Select
the Association of this history note. Click on the button
and select either Account or the specific Claim.
Note: Account level history entries cannot be tagged.
Enter
the history note in the Enter Note section. Click
the F2 key on your keyboard to list note
codes.
Enter
the Tag Options: Tagging
allows users to include this history entry on certain reports including
remittance. No Tag: does
not tag the history entry. Report
with Date: Tags note with the note date. Report without
Date: Tags note without the date. Permanent:
Tags the note with a tag that cannot be removed.
To
email this history note to the client, click the button.
