This tab allows users to set some basic defaults for Image and History Email.
From the Menu Bar of CollectMax,
Select System, Firm Information
to display the Firm Information Firm Name Tab.
Select the
tab to display the Email Settings Screen.
Enter the defaults information for Subject and Message Body.
Each time a image is selected for email. The defaults entered on this screen will appear in the Subject and Body of the email.
Note: A default message will cause the email signature default settings to be removed.
The option allows users to select variables to be included on Email to Client Feature. See New Debtor History Note for more information on the Email to Client Feature.
Click the
variable to be included in the body of the Email to Client. Click
the button to move the variable to the Selected list.
Continue
to select variables until all have been selected. Click
the
button.
To remove
a variable, click the variable to be removed and then click the button to remove the variable from the selected list. To
remove all selected variables, click the
button. Click
the
button.
