CollectMax allows users to change the Plaintiff on all accounts under a single client at the same time.
From the Menu Bar of CollectMax,
select 
and 
to get to the Change
Plaintiff Screen.
Select the
Client from the 
list.
Select the
Plaintiff from the list. If
the appropriate Plaintiff is not listed, see How
to add an Account Member to add it to the Plaintiff list.
Click the
button to change the plaintiffs on each debtor under
this client.
Note: Because this process can only be undone one account at a time, JST recommends that a Backup or Snapshot be done prior to completing this process. All accounts under this client will be changed to have the selected plaintiff as the 001 plaintiff.
