Other Charge

This transaction allows you to adjust the amount owed in the Other balance of the debt.  

 To enter an OTHER transaction:

Select OTHER from the Enter Transaction Code selection and click the button:

to display the Other Charge - OTHER screen:

Enter the date of the OTHER transaction in the field.

You can enter the amount of the adjustment in the field.  If the amount is a percentage of the placement, then click the button.  This will open the OTHER calculator window:

Check the portions of the debt that you would like included in the OTHER calculation. Then enter the percentage to charge in the percentage field and click the button to calculate your OTHER transaction amount.

Enter any notes regarding this OTHER transaction in the Note field:

Select to save your OTHER transaction.
