This feature allows users to perform a search of the debtor's name from a web service.
From the debtor's account, click the Debtor Tab to bring up the Debtor Demographics Screen.
Select either the first of last name. Do a right mouse click on the field. A menu will be displayed, select and click Look-Up.
The first time a user tries this feature the Web Search Setup screen will appear.
Enter the online address and field names for the debtors name. The path will default to www.zabasearch.com. Other online search engines may work too.
Click the
button to be taken to the site where the debtor name
will be automatically populated in the look-up field.
Note: The setup screen will only automatically appear on the first lookup after that user will be taken immediately to the website. If the site needs to be changed, instead of picking Websearch, select Setup to be taken back to the Web Search Setup Screen.
