Viewing Sequence

CollectMax allows user to control the viewing order of the buttons on the debtor accounts.

From any Debtor's account, click the button. Select Viewing Sequence from the functions list.

An additional menu will appear of available viewing options.

Select from the following:

Account #: will move users through the debtor accounts in account number order.
Debtor Name: will move user through the debtor accounts in alphabetical order by last name.
Debtor SSN: will move users through the debtor accounts in social security number order.
Claim Reference #: will move users through the debtor accounts in reference number order.

The button will move users backward in the order selected above.

The button will move users forward in the order selected above.

Note: If no viewing sequence is selected, the arrows will take users through the accounts based on how the last debtor was accessed in the debtor account Find form. (For Example: The last debtor was pulled by entering the account number to find the account, the arrows will move in numeric order to the next or preview account number.)
