The Variables Tab allows user to view a list of all variables on the document and move their position on the preview screen.
Select the
variable to be moved, click the 
button to move it up
the list or click the 
to move it down the list.
Select to add a Global Doc Vars or an Individual Doc Vars. Global Doc Vars will be available to select in all documents. Individual Doc Vars will be specific to this document only. Click the proper button to go the created document variables Definitions screen
Users can
select any of the variables to view or modify. Click
the 
to exit this screen and go back to the Variables
Tab.
Click the 
button.
