Standard Tab
The Standard
Tab of the Document Properties allows user to change the name, printer
settings, print lists and more for a selected document.
- Document Name: Users can change the
code name for the document.
- Description: Users can change the document
description.
- Style: Users
can change the document style. Account/Debtor
forms will be listed in the Documents button accessed from any Screen.
Legal Forms
will be listed on the litigation screen in the assigned section. Label
Templates are either mailing or file folder labels. See
labels. Client
Forms are a version 3 Feature and appear on the Clients Document section.
- Default Printer: Users
can change the printer settings.
Note: The document will print to the users Windows default printer regardless of these printer settings. This printer setting is used to control the document formatting.
- Print List: Users
can select the print list for this document. Each
time a document is sent to the list it will be sent to this selected print
list.
Note: It is recommended to add a Restricted Print List for your document if you will need to print more that 50 of this document at a time. This will speed up the document printing process and allow for only this document on the print list.
- Copies: Users
can select the number of copies to be printed or sent to the print list.
- Forced Preview: Users
can select to require that the document must be previewed prior to printing
or putting on the print list.
- Suppress Blank Lines: User
who use Microsoft Word can select to suppress the blank variable lines
in the document.
- Default Image Setting Type: Users can
select the default image type for this document. Document
Imaging is required for this feature.
