MaxMonitor

 

The MaxMonitor Feature allows our you to track who is accessing accounts and adds some security to help curb your staff from copying the account data.

 Enable Activity Tracking

To track the activity of accounts under a client, the interface must be installed and the you must turn on the Tracking feature for that Client. This process will log every user who pulls up an account either by the Find or by using the arrows to navigate through accounts.

It does not track users, doing reports through the reports menu, updating accounts by batch or updating accounts by interface.

  Enabling Activity Tracking Manually

From the Client's Account, select the Tab to display the Client's Settings.

Select the button to display the Client's Miscellaneous Settings Screen.

Click the box next to Log Each Account View by User. Click the button to save this new setting.


Note: This feature will not go back and pickup accounts viewed prior to enabling MaxMonitor Logging. Additionally, you will need to exit and re-enter CollectMax for the process to begin logging their account views.

 Enabling Account Access Logging by Batch

MaxMonitor allows users to Enable Account Access Logging by Batch. User can select All Clients, a Single Client, a Client Group or a Client Set to Enable/Disable MaxMonitor Logging.

From the Main Screen of CollectMax, click the button and select MaxMonitor from the List of Interfaces. Once selected double click or click the button to display MaxMonitor.

Select the tab to display the Batch Process.

Click the button to run the Batch Process.


Note: This feature will not go back and pickup accounts viewed prior to the enabling MaxMonitor Logging. Additionally, your staff will need to exit and re-enter CollectMax for the process to begin logging their account views.

 Account View Report

The Account View Report will allow you to see which of their staff has been accessing accounts and the date and time the account was accessed.

From the Main Screen of CollectMax, click the button and select MaxMonitor from the List of Interfaces. Once selected double click or click the button to display MaxMonitor.

Use the following selection criteria to narrow down the accounts to be shown on this report: 

Click the button and select to Print To Screen, File or Printer to print the report.

The report is separated by user listing the accounts viewed during the selected time frame, the date and time viewed.

 Logon/Logoff Event Report

MaxMonitor keeps a log of each Users Login and Logoff Events. Listing the user codes, the workstations used and the times of logins and logoffs.

From the Main Screen of CollectMax, click the button and select MaxMonitor from the List of Interfaces. Once selected, double click or click the button to display MaxMonitor.

Click the button and select to Print To Screen, File or Printer to print the report.

 Password Events

MaxMonitor keeps a log of Password Resets and Password Lockouts and set the password attempts at three before locking out a user. The supervisor will have to reset the password before that user can log back in.

From the Main Screen of CollectMax, click the button and select MaxMonitor from the List of Interfaces. Once selected, double click or click the button to display MaxMonitor.

Click the button and select to Print To Screen, File or Printer to print the report.

 User Add/Delete

MaxMonitor keeps a log of user codes added and deleted along with the user who deleted the code and what workstation it was deleted.

From the Main Screen of CollectMax, click the button and select MaxMonitor from the List of Interfaces. Once selected, double click or click the button to display MaxMonitor.

Click the button and select to Print To Screen, File or Printer to print the report.

    Account Locked

This report requires the MaxSecurity Feature that has Account Locking. The reports a list of the accounts that are locked from access.

From the Main Screen of CollectMax, click the button and select MaxMonitor from the List of Interfaces. Once selected, double click or click the button to display MaxMonitor.

Click the button and select to Print To Screen, File or Printer to print the report.

   Report Log

MaxMonitor keeps a log of the times the Account View Report has been pulled. This list can be viewed and printed for audit purposes.

From the Main Screen of CollectMax, click the button and select MaxMonitor from the List of Interfaces. Once selected, double click or click the button to display MaxMonitor.

Select the tab to display the Log.

A list of the Account View Report Run Times will be listed. To Print out a list of these Run Times, select the Date Range you would like to see and click the button and select to Screen, File or Printer.

The Report will list by user/operator all the Run Times of the Account View Report.

 Security Settings History of Change

MaxMonitor tracks changes to the System Security Settings and exports it to and excel report.

From the Main Screen of CollectMax, click the button and select MaxMonitor from the List of Interfaces. Once selected, double click or click the button to display MaxMonitor.

Click the button to display the System Security History Of Change Report Selection Screen.

Click the button to display the Output File Name.

The Excel File will be exported to the desktop with a name of SecurityHOCRPT.xls. You can choose another data export location by clicking the button and browsing to the proper location. You can choose the Report Name by Typing in the name in the Output Data File Name.

Click the button to export the data to a file.

The report will list the user or team that was changed and what was changed, by which operator and when (date and time).

 Print Screen

Once MaxMonitor is enabled, the Print Screen Option will no longer be allowed for CollectMax. This is regardless of Client, Debtor or Process being viewed even if the client does not have MaxMonitor enabled.


Note: MaxMonitor does not stop you or your staff from installing a third-party capture software that will make screen shots such as Full Shot, nor does it stop users from photographing the monitors using cameras or cell phones.

 Password Protected Reports

Once MaxMonitor is enabled, you and your staff will be required to enter a password to Print the Debtor's History if the Client has Logging Enabled.
