.This feature allow you to right click a phone number on the debtor's account and select to invalidate it and replace it with a selected valid number or to delete it complete. The benefits of this feature are to allow for you to invalidate the phone number with speed and ease.
To invalidate a phone number on a debtor’s account.
1.
Go
to .

Select a debtor by
using the 
button.

Go to the 
tab.
4. Then right-click any phone number that should be marked as Invalid.
5. When you right click the following will be available “Invalidate- Replace With”.
6. All available phone numbers will be displayed, if not you will see a “blank” label.
7. If you select “blank” your existing phone number will be removed and replaced with an empty value. If you select a valid phone number that number will replace the existing number.

you double click on 
. The following screen will populate.
9. The phone number that you right clicked on step 4 should be on the list marked as “Invalid”.
JST HINT: The invalidate phone
number feature saves automatically. Please keep in mind
if your editing any other item on the debtor tab you will have to save it or
the Invalidate phone number will not be available on your right click.
