button on the left of the screen. CollectMax has been designed to interface with a credit bureau request program Smart.Alx Iportal. By using this software program in conjunction with CollectMax, users can electronically request credit bureaus.
A credit bureau membership, internet connection and the Smart.Alx Iportal program are required for this interface.
From the
debtor's account to be sent to the credit bureau, click the button on the left of the screen.
Select Credit Bureau Record Request
to bring up the Credit Bureau Request Screen.
A listing of all fields to be exported to the credit bureau will be displayed.
Select the Department/Credit Bureau to request. This setting is determined by the firm's credit bureau membership(s).
Make any modification to the request fields.
Click 
button to finalize the report request.
