Not Contact from the list. CollectMax allows users to indicate to cease and desist contact on this account. A flashing warning message will appear when the account is accessed.

From the
debtor's account, click the button and select Do
Not Contact from the list.
A confirmation message box with appear.

Click the
button to show the warning.
The Do Not Contact warning will flash in the upper right corner of the screen.

To remove
the Do Not Contact warning, click the button and select
Do Not Contact from the List.
A confirmation box will appear.

Click the
button to clear the flashing warning message.
