CollectMax allows users to reassign a debtor account to a new client once certain conditions are met.
1.
From the
debtors account, click the button.
2. Select Client ID Reassignment from the list.
The Change Client Screen will appear.

Select
the New client from the list.
4.
Click the
button to see if the account meets the criteria to move
the account.
Note: The account must have none of the following items pending:
An OK will be shown in front of any item that meets the criteria. If any of the criteria is not met, the account can not be moved to the new client. Users must delete, remit or post the pending items.
If all criteria are OK, the reassignment validate message will appear.
5.
Click the
button to continue the process. The protected entry screen
will appear.
6. Enter the Master Password.
7.
Click the
button to continue the process. A warning message will
appear.
8.
Click the
button to move the account to the new client listed on
the warning message.
