Enter the rate in the first field and the amount of the current in the opposite fields.
For Example: The total claim is entered for $5,000. When the balance is $5000 or over, a rate of 33% is used. When the balance is under $4999, a rate of 30% is used, When the balance is under $3000 a rate of 28% is used. When under $2000, a rate of 25% is used. The commission table would be completed as below.
