CollectMax requires each Client account has a Firm Bank.
To select
a Firm bank account for this client,
click the button.
Users can choose the bank account that you would like this Client to use for the general firm money.
Users may click to select
from a list of bank account codes.
Or click to add a new bank account code for this client.
To isolate firm money for costs advanced from general firm funds, you can mark the box labeled Enable Firm Costs Bank Account.
Note: This option will only be available if Firm Cost Accounting has been set in the Firm Information system options.
If the system options are enabled but there are transactions posted, this option may not be available for addition.
Users can
choose which account you would like to use for the Firm Costs for this
client by clicking on the down arrow key and choosing one of the established
accounts. If you need to add a new bank account, click on the button to Add New Bank Account.
