Find Debtors screen will appear. CollectMax allows users to find debtors by the account members that have been assigned to the debtor's account.
From a debtors
account, click the button. The
Find Debtors screen will appear.
Select Account
Members in the Find By column,
by clicking the 
button
next to the selections.
Click the
next to the account member type. Scroll
to find the account members name or type the name in the Enter
Member Name field.
Click the
button to go to the Find by Account Members Screen.
Enter a debtor name in the Enter Debtor Name Field or scroll to find the correct debtor.
Click the
button to go to the account.
