The Extended Account Search gives users the ability to search for partial information in various fields within the CollectMax system.
Type in data
into any of the available fields and click the 
button.
CollectMax
will search its database to find any accounts that have matching information.
Accounts
that have matching information will be listed as they are found in the
screen on the bottom of the window. Select the appropriate account and
either double click on it or click the 
button.
Note: Remember that you can do a partial search, you are not required to match an entire field. You can put in partial information in any of the fields. You may also search information in multiple fields to marrow your search down even further.
To begin a new search, click the 
and then click the 
. And
enter the search criteria.
Version 5 adds the ability to search for debtor accounts by Driver License Number and Date of Birth.
