Enhanced City Codes

This feature allows users to add the County to the city code.  When the City Code is used, it will populate the city, state, zip and county.

From the menu bar of CollectMax,

Select Definitions, Codes, City.

The City Code Screen will be displayed.

Select the code to modify by highlight it and clicking the button or to add a new code click the button.

The Add City Code Edit Screen will be displayed.

• Enter a Code for the City.
• Enter the City.
• Enter the State.
• Enter the Zip.
• Select the County from the list.  If the County does not appear in the list, click the button to add a new County.  

Click button to add or save the modifications.

When adding a New Account or Debtor or Changing an Address,

Enter the City Code, click the to add new City Codes.  And tab to or click in the next field.  

Or Click the and highlight the city code to be inserted and click the button.

The City, State, Zip and County Field will be added automatically.
