button, click on the edit client flash message.CollectMax allows users to add a short message to appear when the debtor's account is accessed. The account cannot be accessed fully or worked until this message is acknowledged.
Select the button, click on the edit client flash message.
The Edit Debtor Flash Message Screen will come up.
Enter the message you would like to pop-up when you access the client's account. The message should be 30 characters or under. Then click the save button.
The next time the debtor's account is access a pop-up window will appear with the message.
Click the

to continue to work your debtor's account.
Click the
button on the debtor's account. The
Edit Debtor Flash Message Screen will appear. Click
the 
button.
Click the
button to clear the flash message.
