Assigned From Codes Modify

To modify an Assigned From Code, select the Assigned From Code from the list of codes and click the button.  The Modify Assigned From Code Screen will be displayed.  

Review and edit any of the information fields for your selected Assigned From Code.   The Code cannot be edited.  If the code itself must be modified, the user will need to delete the code and add a new code.   SeeAssigned From Code Delete.
