Cloning Debtor Accounts

This feature allows users to import an existing debtor's demographics when adding an account or a new debtor to an account.

 Adding a New Account

From the Debtor Tab of the Add Account Screen or the Add Debtor to Account Screen,

click the button to display the Import Screen.

Type the Debtor Name into the Enter Debtor Name Field and find the debtor to clone.   Click the button to import the debtor demographics to the new account.

Click the button to cancel the import process.

 Adding a Debtor to An Existing Account

 From a Debtor's account, click the button and select Debtor to this Account

to display the Add Debtor to Account Screen.

Click the Import Button and Select to import the Demographics from the Primary Debtor or another Debtor in CollectMax.

Selecting to Import from the Primary Debtor will import all demographics fields but only the last name of the primary debtor.  Selecting to Import from another CollectMax account will bring all demographic fields.
