Client Statistics

CollectMax will allow users to get some basic client level statistics from the client accounts including number of active accounts and claims, the total balance placed, the current total balance, and number of judgments and payment plans.

From a Client's account, select and Client Statistics

to display the Client Statistics Screen.

Click the buttons to calculate and display the statistics.

• Open/Closed Accounts:  The number of Active Accounts both Open and Closed.
• Claims: The number of Active Claims both Open and Closed.
• Placement Total:  The total of balance of all accounts placed.
• Average:  The average placement balance.
• Total Balance:  The current total balance of the active accounts.
• Average:  The average account balance
• Judgments:  The total number of judgments.
• Payment Plans:  The total number of payment plans.

Click the button to print a report listing the statistics on this screen.

Click the button to print a report listing a breakdown of the number of accounts in each status code.
