Client Level Security

 

This feature allows users to limit the collectors access to accounts only accounts assigned to selected client accounts.

 Setup Client Level Security

From the menu bar from CollectMax,

Select Definitions, Codes and Users,

To display the User Code Screen.

Highlight the user code to be modified and click the button to display the user code Login Tab.

Click the Security Tab,

Select the Client Level Security by click the  button next to the select.  

To allow the user to have access to all accounts on the system, select May View All Accounts.   Click the button.  

The next time this user logs in to CollectMax they will have access to view all accounts.

To limit the users access to only accounts under selected clients, select May View These Clients Accounts.

The Client List Selection Screen will be displayed.

Find the first client whose accounts the user can view in the Selection List, highlight and click the button to move it to the Selected List section.  

Continue this process until all client allowed clients are moved to the Selected Client List section.

To remove a client from the Selected List, highlight the client and click the to move it back the Selection List section.  

To move all Selected List Clients back to the Selection List Section, click the button.

 To move all Clients in the Selection List section to the Selected List, click the button.

Once the selection process is completed, click the button.  

The next time this user logs in to CollectMax they will have access to view only accounts assigned to the clients on the Selected List.
