From the selected client's account screen,
Select the
button, select edit client flash message.
The Edit Client Flash Message Screen will come up.
Enter the
message you would like to pop-up when you access the client's account.
The message
should be 30 characters or under. Then
click the 
button.
The next time the client's account is access a pop-up window will appear with the message.
Click the Ok button to continue to view your client's account.
To delete
the flash message, again click the button. The
Edit Client Flash Message Screen will appear. Click
the 
button.
Click the yes button to clear the flash message.
