The buttons displayed on the far right side of the History screen provide scroll controls for viewing history.
The operator
can scroll a single entry item by selecting the button with one down 
or up 
arrow .
The operator
can page down/up through the history using the double arrow button

The
operator can jump to the last/first line item in the history file by using
the button with the single arrow and line 
.
