Select CFEE from the Enter Transaction Code
selection and click the button:
to display the Collection Fee - CFEE screen:
Enter the
date of your CFEE transaction
in the 
field.
Enter the
amount of the CFEE transaction
in the 
field.
If you are
to charge a percentage of the amount owed as a collection fee, click the
button. This will open the CFEE
calculator window:
Check the
portions of the debt that you would like included in the CFEE
calculation. Then enter the percentage to charge in the percentage field
and click the 
button to calculate your CFEE
transaction amount.
If using the Compute Fee option, CollectMax will maintain the settings used to compute the fee for any subsequent CFEE transactions. CollectMax will continue to maintain these settings until different settings are used in the Compute Fee option.
