Bankruptcy

Select the Court from the list. To add a court, click the button.
Enter the Court File Number.
Enter the Filing Date.
Select the Type(Chapter) from the list.
Select the Status from the list.
Enter the 341 Hearing Date.
Enter the 341 Hearing Time.
Enter the Place(location) of the Hearing.
Select the Proof of Claim Status, Filed yes or no. Click the button next to the selection.
Enter the Date the Proof of Claim was Filed.
Add the Bankruptcy Attorney by clicking the button.

Note: You must click the button to add a Bankruptcy Attorney.

Note: You must click the button to add a Bankruptcy Trustee.

Click the button to save these options.
Click the button to print the bankruptcy information.
Users may also delete the bankruptcy if it has been dismissed by clicking the button.

Once saved the will flash on the debtor screen.
