Backups Tab

 

The Backups Tab allows users to restore to a backup version of the current document.  

Select the previous version to be restored.  Click the button.

Select Make Copy to restore the document as a copy.  This is recommended restore .

Select Restore Current to restore the document over the current copy.  This is not recommended until the user has restored as a copy and looked at this copy.

 Make Copy Selection

Click the button, to continue with the copy.   Click the button to stop the copy process.

Select the New Document Name.

Select the New Document Description.

Click the button to continue the copy restore.

The document is now copied click the button to go to the Master Documents Screen.

 Restore Current Selection

Click the button, to continue with the restore.   Click the button to stop the restore process.  Remember this is not recommend until the user is sure that this version is of the document will work.  This restores the selected version over the current version.

Enter the Master Password and click the   button to continue the restore process.

The document is now restored click the button to go to the Master Documents Screen.
