JST has developed an extremely powerful feature that will allow you to place an account on a user designed “track”. This “track”, or MaxPlan, will trigger events to take place on an account without the need for user interaction. You can also create multiple MaxPlan templates. Each template may have its own series of Conditional Steps to trigger an event, and then automatically delay activity on the account until its next scheduled step. The Maxplans process will review the conditions and trigger an event based upon whether the condition is True or False. Once the event has been performed, the account will be advanced automatically to the next step.
