Dialer Interface

The Dialer Interface has been designed as a generic interface to work with a number of different dialer systems and web based voice messaging services. Currently we have dozens of firms using the dialer capabilities offered by Global Connect, IAT, TCN, TouchStar (now owned by Noble Systems), and Radius Solutions (formerly known as ACCESS!). The dialer interface performs two functions: it provides the ability to create user-definable call campaigns to send to the dialer or web based voiced messaging service as well as importing and processing the results of the completed call campaigns. Based on the dialer results, status changes and action dates can be automatically entered allowing you to move the account to the next collection process. For several attorney networks, such as You’veGotClaims and NCO, the dialer interface can now generate network note codes translated from the dialer result codes. This automation can prevent network exceptions as well as increase efficiency.
